His profile

A professional rider since 2005, Amael has raced 10 times in the Tour de France, 3 in the Giro d’Italia, 3 times in the Vuelta, and needs no introduction in the peloton. Even though he won the seventh stage in the 2010 Paris – Nice, Amael is a team player, and if he were asked for his best memory, it would certainly be Cadel Evans’ victory in the 2011 Tour de France. This cheerful, thoughtful native of Normandy wants to contribute his experience at the highest level and create a strong group around Warren Barguil.

In his own three words: Stubborn, Determined, Cheerful
