“I’m happy to be back on the Route d’Occitanie, which I’ve done well in the past. The stage went well, I was well protected by the whole team in view of the general classification. We ran at the front all day.
I’m looking forward to the next days.”

“We knew that the big difficulty of the day would be the heat with up to 38 degrees announced. Our goal was to protect Nairo all day long so as not to break. The whole team did its job perfectly. Tomorrow, it’s time for a stage for the puncheurs, but some sprinters could make it over the final climb.”
