The 3rd stage of the Settimana Ciclista Italiana ended in a sprint. In this group were Maxime, Miguel, Lukasz and Matis.

“This 3rd stage of the Settimana Ciclista Italiana was jointly controlled by the Bora teams and the Italian national selection so that it ended in a sprint. It was the least difficult one in terms of altitude difference, the last difficulty was situated at seventy kilometres from the finish line, after the wind in the final added some spice. We were expecting a good sprint with Matîs, but unfortunately he had a mechanical problem. Tomorrow’s stage is in my opinion the most difficult of the race, we have several cards to consider a good race. Maxime has also gained a few places in the general classification this evening. In any case, we are motivated to do well as we have done since the beginning of this competition”.
