“It was my comeback race here in Almeria and I am happy with the way I feel. It was a bit of a test because I was a bit in the unknown after my brain injury and nine days without a bike. It is certain that I would have liked to win. The team did a great job”.

The debrief
“We had a plan at the start and everyone did the work that was asked of them. Nacer is in recovery, I think he still lacks the rhythm of competition.The guys did the job, they asked for a headwind at two kilometres. Once again hats off to the team who have been really hard-working and involved since the beginning of the season”.
