Lukasz Owsian: "Give it my best shot”
Lukasz Owsian will compete in the Primus Classic tomorrow and will return to Belgium a week later in the Polish jersey to compete in the World Championship in Leuven.
“I will race tomorrow with the Arkéa-Samsic team in the Primus Classic in Belgium, and as always I will give 100% for my team. Belgium will be the world centre of cycling next week with the World Road Championships in Leuven. I have been selected with the Polish national team to participate. We will be six riders to support our leader on this event: Michal Kwiatowski. It is always a great pleasure and pride for me to wear the Polish jersey. As I do all year long with the Arkéa-Samsic team, I will give my best, I will be at 100% to help my leader for the day. On the day of the race it will be an honour, as it is every time, to put on this jersey. I know that the race will be long and hard but I will be focused on my mission from kilometre zero to the finish. I also want to thank the Polish national federation for trusting me for this selection and the Polish national coach for believing in me and in return for what they give me I will give it my all”.
