On the line

“I think I have done a good time trial on a course that was designed for specialists. I gave it my best shot. It is a good time for me, but for the general classification it is difficult because there are a lot of riders who are specialists in this kind of races and who are ahead of me. We are going to do everything to continue to show ourselves tomorrow, it will be the last day and we will have to throw our last forces into the battle. We’re going to play our chances to the max, and it’s going to be ‘full steam ahead’!”

The debrief

“Compared to the time trial specialists, Nairo has set a good time on this fourth stage of the Tour of Luxembourg. He has lost some time and is now 11th in the overall classification, but we can still hope for a lot more because Nairo is only a few seconds behind what we were looking for when we lined him up here at the head of team Arkéa-Samsic. There is still a very difficult stage to go to Luxembourg city, and we will play our chances to the end so that Nairo can improve his ranking”.
