Debriefing.
“This second stage of Tirreno-Adriatico was the return of Nacer on a UCI WorldTour race. We need to find our marks, the automatisms with his teammates, but we saw some encouraging things today. Tenth is a small thing, but it means he’s on the right track for the next few days.”

32 years old – French – 10th of the second stage
“It’s been almost a year since I’ve sprinted in the UCI Worldtour. It’s great to be at this level. I’m not going to be happy with a tenth place, but after such a long absence, it’s crucial to find the right balance with my teammates. Today, we got a bit lost in the final. There are obviously points to improve but there are positives. There will be other opportunities between now and the end of the week.”
