Vuelta a Murcia: "Warren was designated for the final"
Victim of a crash with three kilometres to go, Warren Barguil was not able to compete in the final of the Vuelta Ciclista Murcia “Costa Càlida”, which ended this year at the top of a one kilometre long ramp.

“Warren is fine. He crossed the line and came back to the bus. He was the designated and protected rider for this finish that corresponded to his qualities. The crash with three kilometres to go put a stop to his plans and ours. That’s the bike, now let’s meet tomorrow in Almeria”.
