“Dan and Connor were active for most of the 2021 British Championships, which was played out by elimination with the creation of different waves of breakaway riders. A group of ten formed and at that point we had 100% of our riders represented with Connor and Dan. From ten the breakaway riders went down to four, and Dan was still in front, but he gave up on the finish. Tactically our two riders made no mistakes, they just lacked energy at the end, that’s all. It was the latent fatigue that set in throughout the race that cost them this lack of physical resources in the final of this British Championship 2021”.
