Yvon Caër: "Our cards are Hugo and Élie"
The Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race, the last act in Australia 2023 for the Arkéa-Samsic team.
“The Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road has a 100 kilometre straight section that can be exposed to the wind, which can lead to tacking. There will then be four laps of a circuit with two short but steep bumps, with a gradient of up to 18%. The last difficulty is 9 km from the finish. We will rely on Hugo, who feels good, and on Élie, who can accompany the movements that could start in the final. The objective would be to get a top 5 on this event of the UCI Worldtour calendar.
