“The Classic Grand Besançon Doubs was a first for me in 2022, and I had been in the lead throughout the event. The race is quite simple with the double climb of the finish hill which is difficult, but it’s a very good race. You have to be in a good position at that moment, because the road before the Belvedere of Montfaucon is flat with curves, and you attack right away with high percentages. The best riders generally express themselves during this difficulty, it is done with the pedal. And often the victory is decided there. Last year, Elijah had a very good race and finished close to the podium and the win. I hope it will be the same this year.”
“The Classic Grand Besançon Doubs often smiles to the puncheurs-grimpeurs.
