“Tonight I am 3rd in the provisional general classification of the Tour of Catalonia, the stage was very fast and I had good sensations. The work of the team was important all day long because the guys protected me and placed me in the strategic places of this stage of La Molina. I had recognised it last week in training and it was useful. Tomorrow’s stage will be even more difficult, with steeper climbs and I hope to do even better and to continue to climb up the overall classification”.

“Without putting any pressure on ourselves, we are now third in the provisional general classification of the Tour of Catalonia. Tomorrow’s stage will be decisive, Nairo is good. We don’t have the leader’s jersey of this Tour of Catalonia, but we have hope and the duty to do the maximum around our leader”.
